& Conditions
All users of Bexout’s services, and all customers
upon signing up for Bexout’s services – web design,
development and/or web hosting, agree to comply
with Bexout’s Terms of Use. They ensure customers
are using Bexout’s services with due regard to
the rights of other Internet users and in conformity
with the requirements of Bexout’s network environment.
The Terms of Use are not exhaustive and Bexout
reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any
provision of its Terms of Use at any time. Any
complaints about a customer's violation of theTerms
of Use should be sent to support@bexout.net The
supersedes any other agreement with Bexout whether
written, oral, by conduct, or otherwise.
Terms of use
This site is owned and ruled by BEXOUT LTD and
contains materials, which are ensured partly or
entire by BEXOUT and other sources, some of them
right protected.
All BEXOUT Customer Billing Policy
Payments
All charges are shown in Euro or BGN. BEXOUT accepts
the following types of payment:
- Bank wire transfer
Web
hosting
Billing Cycles (Terms)
BEXOUT offers 3 Billing Cycles (terms) for hosting
charges: Monthly, Half year (6 months) and Yearly
(12 months). The Billing Cycle begins on the Plan
Activation Date.
You may elect to change your Billing Cycle at
any time; however, the new Billing Cycle will
only take effect at the time of the next plan
renewal.
All additional features added to an account are
charged monthly.
Account Renewals
In order to insure uninterrupted service to your
website, all plans will automatically renew at
the end of the plan’s Billing Cycle. Plan renewal
charges are based on the prevailing rate on the
date of renewal according to the service selected.
Plans are renewed for the same billing cycle.
If you wish to cancel your plan before plan renewal,
please refer to the Cancellation section below.
Fees
• Bank Wire Payments
BEXOUT does NOT charge fees for accepting payment
via bank wire, however, your issuing bank may
charge a fee for sending the wire. Please add
these fees to the amount that you are sending
to BEXOUT or the amount credited to your account
will be less than your intended payment.
• Hosting Plan Changes
Customers electing to change to a lower priced
hosting plan on the same platform will be charged
a 19 EU downgrade fee. There is no upgrade fee
for upgrading to a higher priced plan
• Server Change
Customers that elect to change server to a different
one will be charged a 19 EU server change fee.
• Account Splits and Mergers
BEXOUT encourages customers to merge hosting plans
contained in two or more accounts into one account.
There is no fee for this service. Customers may
also request that BEXOUT separate one or more
plans contained under one account into separate
accounts. The fee for this service is 19 EU for
each new account created and is charged to the
new account. Please direct all requests for these

Cancellations
Hosting plans will automatically renew until a
plan is cancelled. In order to cancel service,
you must contact BEXOUT office , Monday through
Friday, 10:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Central Time,
at
tel.: +359 (0) 2771191. Non-BG customers may contact
BEXOUT office also via email at support@bexout.net.
Cancellation requests must be received by BEXOUT
minimum of seven (7) days prior to the end of
your Billing Cycle. Cancellations submitted later
than this time may result in automatic renewal
of your hosting plan. Cancellations become effective
on the day processed by BEXOUT. BEXOUT is unable
to cancel your account effective for a future
date. BEXOUT will confirm the cancellation request
when it is processed. If you do not receive a
confirmation, please contact BEXOUT office as
soon as possible.
Acceptable Use Policy
BEXOUT reserves the right to refuse service to
any site at our sole discretion. Although we do
not believe in censorship, BEXOUT does not allow
the following types of sites:
• websites containing pornographic material
• Racist or hate-related websites
• "Warez" sites, including but not limited
to any copyrighted software or music files
• Sites which provide methods for for circumventing
copy protection ("cracks", keycodes,
serial numbers, decoder chips, etc...) are also
not permitted.
• Any other content which is not legal in the
Bulgarian Republic
FORCE MAJEURE
If by reason of failures of telecommunications
or internet service providers, labor disputes,
riots, inability to obtain labor or materials,
earthquake, fire or other action of the elements,
accidents, governmental restrictions or other
causes beyond the control of BEXOUT , BEXOUT is
unable to perform in whole or in part its obligations
as set forth in this Agreement, then BEXOUT shall
be relieved of those obligations to the extent
it is so unable to perform and such inability
to perform shall not make BEXOUT liable to the
User.
